summer to Jalisco Mexico. The journey starts with the executive chef David Castro and His family getting to know the roots
of Mexican food, culture,spices and lets not forget the most important part the tequila. We learned a
lot in the small towns and rural areas in the tequila capital of the world, Jalisco Mexico. All food was inspired from the street vendors in the small town of Puerto Vallarta. From the fresh guacamole to the perfect spicy margarita.
